We understand that when you purchase an item online, the speed and cost of your delivery play an important role in your consideration of the purchase. Currently we are shipping within 3-7 working days of your order submission. Most items will ship within one week. You will be contacted as soon as possible if there would ever be any delays.
All orders are shipped best way ground. Cost of shipping and handling is added to the invoice at checkout and is based on current shipping rates. You will be able to review your shopping cart and shipping fees before submitting your order. Please feel free to contact us so we can meet any special shipping needs you may have.
Residents in Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional charges for air shipments. At the current time we do not accept international orders. If you are interested in our products and live outside the U.S.A, please let us know so that we can look into potential future markets.
If you live in the local area and would like to avoid shipping fees, you may arrange to pick up your order by calling or e-mailing us with your order. We will then arrange a time convenient for both parties to pick up your order.
Pennsylvania residents, a 6% sales tax will be added to the subtotal amount of your order.

4) Orders paid by personal check will incur a minimum of a 7-day waiting period for funds to clear before items are shipped. We will keep you posted via email of where your order is in this timeline.
-Returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $40 as imposed upon us by the banks.
You will be responsible for any and all legal fees necessary to collect balances.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received and verified. All prices are in United States funds and all orders will be payable in US dollars.
Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery and must have prior authorization to be accepted. We will gladly refund your purchase price if the item is in its' original packaging and brand new condition. Shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is not reimbursed.
Most of our products we carry are intended to look old and primitive so please note that there will be imperfections and irregularities. Therefore, items such as our wooden signs and picture frames may look rustic and weathered and may have knots, cracks, splits, etc. We want some of our products to look aged, worn and old. Many of the items we carry are made individually so no two are alike.
Country Endeavors takes extra care in packaging your order, but please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have been unfortunate to receive your merchandise damaged or incomplete, please leave only damaged products in the original box and call or e-mail us immediately.
"Refused" or "non-deliverable" shipments will be charged a $25 restocking fee and shipping charges. Be sure to check your shipping address and contact us as soon as you notice an error. We must first authorize all returns and provide you with an authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and credits will not be given. Country Endeavors is not responsible in any way for merchandise returned unauthorized.
Again, you will be responsible for any and all legal fees necessary to collect balances.
If you must cancel an order, a $25 restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders that have already been packaged.
We will consider an order cancelled if we do not receive a payment from you within 10 days of placing your order. Please notify us if for some reason there is a delay in getting a payment to us.
Country Endeavors is dedicated to protecting your privacy on the Internet. All transfers of personal and sensitive data are done using industry standard SSL encryption. We do not give out or sell any of your personal information. If you do not feel comfortable using Paypal, you may mail in your order. Place your order using the shopping cart and when you are ready to checkout select the pay by check or money order option.
