Do you sell wholesale?
At the current time our business is not set up to sell wholesale. However, if you provide us with your contact information we will keep your information on file and contact you should we explore this option in the future.

What payment options do I have?

  • You may choose to settle your account by using a PayPal account.

  • We also have chosen Paypal as our merchant to process online payment services if ordering with a credit card. Country endeavors constantly strives to keep costs down and does not accept Credit Cards other than through Paypal services. When you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation. The payment option you chose will be shown on this confirmation. Country Endeavors will also receive your order and will note your choice of payment.

  • If you choose to pay by personal check we will process your order once the check is received and funds are cleared (usually a week to ten days). You will be notified via e-mail each step of the way from the time we receive your order, your check, and when your items are shipped.

  • You may also choose to pay by money order. Upon receipt of the money order Country Endeavors will ship your order.
Can I call in or fax an order to you?
Yes, please e-mail us for a fax order form. Also, if you call in or fax your order, please provide an e-mail address so we can send a payment request to your e-mail account if you intend on using Paypal or credit cards. You can arrange to pay by check or money order as well.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
We are consumers too and we are just as concerned about security and privacy as you are. Experts agree that it is safer to use your credit card on the Internet than it is to use in a restaurant or store. There are millions of secure credit card transactions conducted on the Internet every day. You may have noticed a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate on our website. This ensures that any data sent between your browser and our server is encrypted so that you can safely enter information that can't be read in transit.

What kind of Privacy Policy do you have?
We recognize that many online customers are concerned about the information they must provide, and how that information will be used. Your personal information will be treated with the highest standards of security features, safety, and confidentiality. We do not sell any of our customer information to other companies. We are committed to ensuring your privacy. For customers who make a purchase with us, we do collect information on which pages and products you view within our site. This information will be used to improve our product line and your overall shopping experience.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Country Endeavors is a duly registered business located in the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State tax law requires us to collect sales tax from residents of Pennsylvania shipping merchandise to any address in Pennsylvania. Therefore we will collect sales tax on any orders shipped to locations in the state of Pennsylvania. If you live outside of Pennsylvania, you may be responsible for paying a sales/use tax to your state and/or local taxing authority on orders shipped to you in your state.

Do I have to pay shipping if I live close by?
If you live in the vicinity and would like to avoid shipping charges, you may contact us by phone with your order and arrange for a pick-up.

Do you have a Merchandise Return Policy?

  • SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. The items must be returned unused and in sellable condition.

  • We guarantee the safe arrival of all of our products. See our shipping and handling page for more details should you encounter any broken items. Please call or e-mail your request for a return authorization within 48 hours of the delivery date before returning your package.

  • We guarantee your order to be correct. If we make any error on the items shipped to you, we will correct it, at our expense. If an honest error was made on your part, for example you ordered blue instead of red, we will replace the item in the color you really wanted, but we will not be responsible for any shipping charges should you choose to exchange it.
What is your policy regarding changes or cancellations on orders?
  • Country Endeavors attempts to process and ship all orders the following day and no longer than a week after receipt of your order. If you would like to make a change please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do everything possible to meet your request without incurring any additional fees.

  • In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your order, there will be a $25 restocking fee charged to your account if the order has already been packaged. Please see our shipping and handling page for more information.
What is your policy on product availability?
Country Endeavors carries a small inventory for most of the products we sell and we believe we have reliable suppliers. We strive to keep costs to you down by not keeping a large inventory on hand and dealing with high overhead costs. If the product you purchased does happen to be "out of stock" or unavailable for an extended amount of time, we will notify you via e-mail that it is back-ordered and we will try to fulfill the order as soon as possible. If your item becomes back-ordered, you will be able to cancel the order if you so desire without incurring any fees.

Do you supply hardware with your items that require it?
Unless otherwise noted, we do not supply the hardware. Because of their versatility, many items can be used in different applications. They can be mounted successfully on wood and steel studs as well as cinder block and concrete walls. Your wall studding will determine which fasteners to use. It is important to use quality fasteners. A local contractor or the service center of your local hardware store will be able to recommend the proper fastener for the job.

Do you make customized items?
At the current time, we do not take customized orders. We try to represent all the options available to you that are available to us. The only exception would be for quantity orders of our painted barn stars. We can customize the paint schema to match your needs.

Are all your products made in the USA?
Unfortunately, the answer is No. We are trying very hard to buy the majority of our products from manufacturers in the U.S.A. However, we have found that in a global marketplace, it isn't always possible and many of the materials used in the assembly of many handcrafted products are usually imported from a variety of other countries even though they are assembled in the U.S.A. Should we find an item in our inventory that is acquired from overseas or assembled with material from overseas and we can find a local supplier in the U.S.A., you can bet we will switch to the US supplier as soon as possible.

How accurate is the sizing and color of your items?
All sizes are approximate and subject to change without notice. Due to a wide range of computer monitors and color displays, images on the website are representational only. We have made every effort to represent the images as accurately as possible.

How often do you update your site?
We make every effort to keep the information on our site up to date each day. All prices, descriptions, availability, and other conditions are subject to change without notice as our suppliers and manufacturers change conditions on us.

Do you have a catalog you can send us?
Currently, we do not have a printed price list or catalog. We will be sending out newsletters on occasion to those who are signed up for it.
